You can expect your order to be processed within approximately one to two "business" days, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with the payment verification.
When will I receive my order?
Orders with standard shipping depart usually with in 48 hours. Orders will be received by the consumer using standard shipping, within 7 – 10 business days. Excluding weekends, early closures and holidays.
What if my product is a little different from the picture and specifications?
Greengardenlight.com is not responsible for changes or variations in product specifications and/or physical appearance. In the interest of our customers, greengardenlight.com puts forth its best efforts to ensure that all product information is up-to-date and factual. Unfortunately there are varying determinants which, although infrequent, could cause the information on our website to become outdated without our immediate knowledge.

Does Green Garden Light ship outside the US?
Yes just email us at cpina@greengardenlight.com with the desire products and quantity so we can calculate shipping cost and give you a total amount to pay. We offer discount for large quantities.
How will I keep track of my order?
Greengardenlight.com will keep you informed of your order status via e-mail. If tracking information is available it will be emailed to your email once your order has shipped. You may also acquire your order status and other live updates by emailing service@greengardenlight.com with your order number.
What if I’m not satisfied with my order?
Greengardenlight.com SATISFACTION GUARANTEE offers our customers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all purchases unless otherwise indicated on the products detail page. All merchandise unless otherwise indicated may be returned within 30 days from the invoice date, for a refund less original shipping charges, and a restocking of 20% of order value if applicable, some exceptions apply . A return authorization number is required for all returns.
What if there are any shipping damages?
Any damages incurred through shipping must be reported immediately, within 24 hours of receipt. Be sure to inspect all packages for damage before signing for the package. If damage is visible, reject the shipment; be sure the driver notes the damage and contact greengardenlight.com immediately. We will file a damage claim with the shipper and ship a replacement as soon as possible.
What about manufacturer defects?
If a product is received with manufacturer defects please contact greengardenlight.com right away, so we can contact the manufacturer. A replacement will be shipped to you after defective products are received back and under the respective manufacturers’ policy. No restocking fee will be charged.
What is your return policy?
- To return a product in compliance with greengardenlight.com satisfaction guarantee, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number within the guarantee return period for the product (described above). All RMA requests must be filed online.
- Please contact us at service@greengardenlight.com to request an RMA number.
- greengardenlight.com will not accept returns without prior authorization and a RMA number. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 10 days within which return products must be received by greengardenlight.com, RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. Customer should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product.
- All returned products will be charged a restocking fee of 20% of order value if applicable, some exceptions apply .
Customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product to the address assigned by greengardenlight.com depending on the product manufacturer, Customer agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customer agrees to bear all shipping and insurance charges and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment. Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, unused in re-sale able condition, and will include the original undamaged packaging material, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. If any component of the returned product is missing, or if the product has been used greengardenlight.com Return Procedure will be breached and greengardenlight.com may in its sole and absolute discretion reject the entire return or choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing component(s). If your order has shipped under a free shipping offer actual shipping charges incurred by greengardenlight.com will be deducted from your credit. greengardenlight.com will not refund original shipping charges.
